At least three people suffered injuries in Grundy County, Iowa, in a recent accident involving two vehicles, an article of KWWL 7 reported on January 5.
According to reports, at about 7:00 a.m., two vehicles had a collision at the 17,000 mile of Highway 14. Authorities told reports that one of the vehicles veered into the median lane and crashed the other vehicle. A photo of the crash scene showed that one of the vehicles was flipped while the other one was severely damaged. The victims, all male and identified through their age as a 45-year-old, 20-year-old, and a 16-year-old, were transported to a medical facility in Grundy County. An airlift was later needed to transport two of the victims to an Iowa City hospital. State authorities and nearby responders assisted local authorities in the crash.
