Raymond Foreman lived at the home from December 2006 to July 2008. When Foreman died on July 20, according to the Sequoyah County Times, “his nasal and oral cavities were allegedly infested with maggots, causing him to suf­fer aspiration pneumonia.”

An Iowa Department of Public Safety Spokesperson said that police located an unfinished text on the girl’s cell phone. Radio Iowa quotes Iowa DPS spokesperson Jessica Lown, “‘Unfortunately, we have some evidence to indicate that she may have been texting while she was driving and it may have been a contributing factor to the accident that took her life,” Lown said.’”

Jason Matile, 26, went on a family motorcycle ride June 26th with his girlfriend, Amber Pyle, brother, and parents. According to The Sun, “A car crossed the center lane… striking Matile and Pyle, and severely injuring both.”

Both Matile and Pyle were taken to the University of Iowa Hospital by helicopter. There, doctors said Matile’s right leg injuries were so severe that they needed to amputate his leg below the knee. Matile is expected to be in the hospital for a while longer.

Amber Pyle has a fractured pelvis and was allowed to leave the hospital Tuesday.

Matile has served as a firefighter in the Aurora Fire Department for two years.

According to police, Rev. Lewis suffered from a collapsed lung and unmanageable pain, which impeded his recovery. On July 5, the Reverend died.

Army Post Road was closed yesterday evening for investigation.
