Iowa State University celebrates MLK Jr., with madrigal dinner

In order to celebrate the life of Martin Luther King Jr., Iowa State University is hosting a madrigal dinner this Friday and Saturday.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour and proceed onto dinner at 6:30 p.m. It will take place in the Great Hall of the Memorial Union and tickets for the performance will be $42. Students will receive a discounted ticket price of $38.

ISU will also be honoring MLK Jr. with a carillon concert that will take place on the central area of campus at noon. This singing event is free for all to attend.
