Iowa bus accident injures students, driver
A school bus was involved in a two-vehicle collision on Monday, January 10, leaving the bus driver and four elementary school students injured.
The accident occurred when an SUV driven by 30-year-old Shawna Beitz crossed into oncoming traffic on Highway 38 and struck the school bus.
The driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, while 4 students were treated and released for minor injuries.
The cause of the accident has not yet been released.
