The number of deer-related car accidennts is on the rise in Iowa. According to a study conducted by State Farm Insurance, the number of deer-vehicle accidents has risen 17% in the last five years.

While many drivers do not think of the dangers of deer accidents, they can lead to significant damage to cars and serious injuries to drivers and passengers. Depending on a driver's insurance coverage, they may or may not be able to be compensated for damages and injuries related to deer-related car accidents.
