Posted on October 30th, 2009 No Comments

Many people rely on prescription drugs on a daily basis. In most cases, the drugs are effective, and the user feels no side effects.

However, in certain circumstances, the user experiences severe side effects. While these effects may be related to the inherent risk of using the prescription drug, they may be caused by a defective drug.

Such drugs can lead to serious injuries and even death to users. When drugs are defective, the blame often lies with the drug maker or the pharmacy distributor.
