Young boy shot at celebration released from hospital
A three-year-old boy who was injured by accidental gunfire was released from the hospital Monday.
Ashya Wade suffered wounds from shotgun pellets when a police deputy's shotgun accidentally fired. The shotgun was on display in the deputy's car, and officials said a another young boy allegedly fired the shotgun while inside the car.
Polk County Sheriff William McCarthy said the incident was a "serious breach of security."
